Taco Queen Refund & Return Policy

At Taco Queen, we take pride in every pink tortilla and authentic taco we serve. Because our food is prepared fresh to order, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and returns:

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If your order is incorrect or does not meet our quality standards, please notify us immediately.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive a different item than what you ordered (e.g., you ordered Bistek but received Pollo), we will replace the item at no additional cost or provide a full refund for that item.

  • Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, we will prepare it for immediate pickup or issue a refund for the missing portion.

2. Refund Process

  • Timeline: Issues must be reported within 2 hours of pickup or delivery to ensure we can verify the quality of the food.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that banks may take 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.

  • Returns: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of food once it has left our premises or been delivered. You do not need to “return” the food to receive a refund for a verified error.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Immediate Prep: Because we begin preparing your meal shortly after an order is placed, cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of ordering.

  • Scheduled Orders: For large catering or scheduled orders, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

4. Delivery Issues

If you ordered through a third-party service (like UberEats, DoorDash, or GrubHub), please report delivery delays or driver issues directly through their respective apps. We are only responsible for the quality and accuracy of the food as it leaves our kitchen.
